I am not sure I agree with this -- the National Guard has somethings to take care oversees and the money spent on these 'temporary' deployments might be better spent on a permanent fix like hiring more boarder patrol personnel and surveillance equipment. Doesn't using the National Guard indicate this is temporary and imply an action to 'quiten' the critics? Not to mention '
