Although most of this piece by Ronald Brownstein is spent positioning the Democrats with an excuse for any failures over the coming years by saying they can't do anything because of GOP. I will agree Democrats the GOP has the majority but the reason is that Democrats are inept and lost, but Dems are proving they can obstruct and the blame for this reset squarely on their shoulders.
