Generals Like this Not Treated the 'Same'

This man, a General, does has not received the same 'expert' status afforded those few speaking up against Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld. Why?  Because he supports 'Rummy' -- no Generals both retired and active that support 'Rummy', the number of which dwarfs those opposing 'Rummy', are called puppets.  It is really amazing and offensive that the mainstream media believes me (and you) that gullible and to stupid to see through their game to their actual agenda.

Don't get me wrong, I don't support every move made by 'Rummy', the administration, or the military during this war; however, I ain't buying into the 'he is a blithering idiot' argument...  Mistakes have been made and will be made in any war -- the only idiots are the ones that actually believe these mistakes, like the many achievements can be accredited to one individual, alias the left!  Mistakes as well as overall achievements are the responsibility of all yes 'Rummy' and the Generals that were involved in the decisions making process -- even if they attempt to distance themselves from those decisions.  I am appalled by individuals, whether they by a Sergent or General, that attempt to shrug off mistakes while attempting to hang on to any praise -- a 'good' leader takes responsibility for the successes and failures while completing their overall mission...
A General Misunderstanding
AS the No. 2 general at United States Central Command from the Sept. 11 attacks through the Iraq war, I was the daily "answer man" to Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld. I briefed him twice a day; few people had as much interaction with him as I did during those two years. In light of the recent calls for his resignation by several retired generals, I would like to set the record straight on what he was really like to work with.
