October Surprise – Part 2

(via Urban Republican)
Urban Republican found a Fox News story dated April 4, 2003 that indicates UN inspectors searched the Qa Qaa complex on March 8, and found nothing.
U.N. weapons inspectors went repeatedly to the vast al Qa Qaa complex -- most recently on March 8 -- but found nothing during spot visits to some of the 1,100 buildings at the site 25 miles south of Baghdad. (Read here)
In Democrat October Surprise – Wrong I pointed to an NBC report (April 10, 2003) that stated these weapons were not there when checked by the 101st Airborne. However, this NBC reporter is backing off this earlier claim about the inspection, guess maybe they were scolded for giving Bush support. It is amazing to me that no reporter seems to have a clue to how much space 380 tons of munitions would occupy; a half hearted search would have turned them up.

I unlike the MSM and Kerry do not believe the 101st performed a “half hearted” search of a munitions depot nor would any true soldier believe that possible. They might, based on the current situation, not have done a thorough search but certainly not a “half hearted” one, and as previous stated the shear volume we are discussing would result in a blind man tripping over something.

Doesn’t Kerry and company see that they are actually degrading our military, which they say they “strongly support”, in their no holds barred charge for the White House. Kerry and democrats could care less about how our over all military is perceived but it is OK in their minds because the “ends justifies the means” – Kerry you are not, have never been, nor will ever be supportive of the US Military; which scares me to death!
